Booking Information
01. Check-in time: Weekdays: After 3:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
02. Breakfast is included with the room, either a Chinese or Western breakfast, or a set meal for one person (subject to availability) (Meal time: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM).
03. Credit card payment and toiletries are available on-site.
04. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited on-site.
05. To provide you with a better quality and more spacious room, we only offer extra guest service, with a maximum of one extra person per room: $800/adult, $400/child (120cm-150cm). The above prices include breakfast the following day and room amenities. (Children under 120cm stay free, but breakfast and room amenities are not provided.)
06. Parking spaces are limited; we regret that we cannot reserve or reserve parking spaces.
07. This hotel offers a free shuttle service between Hualien Station and the airport (for a fee). Airport shuttle is NT$100 per trip per vehicle (maximum of four passengers). Shuttle service hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Reservations must be made by phone no later than one day prior to check-in. (Only online and telephone reservations are accepted; other methods are not applicable.)
08. Please note that by clicking the "Agree" button to proceed with the reservation process, you fully agree to all the hotel's terms and conditions. Therefore, please carefully review the following information before making a reservation. If you have any questions about the following terms, we recommend that you call the hotel in advance for confirmation before making a reservation.
9. For cancellations after booking, the booking customer must complete the cancellation process online. The hotel does not provide manual cancellation services; and any handling fees incurred from online cancellations must be borne by the booking customer.
10. After you complete the booking and credit card payment on the website, the amount will be immediately deducted from the credit card account you provided.
11. To ensure the security of your credit card transaction, this website requires that the information of the person making the online booking matches the information of the person checking in, and the same identification document must be provided at the time of check-in.
12. The refund process takes 14 to 21 business days (refund will be returned to the original credit card; if the refund occurs just after the billing date, it will be included in the next billing cycle). Please confirm the dates before placing your order.
13. Prices for online bookings include tax and service charges. Weekdays and holidays are defined according to hotel regulations.
14. If unforeseen circumstances occur in the hotel's location on the check-in date, such as traffic disruptions due to an earthquake or a land typhoon warning issued by the Central Weather Bureau, please contact the reservation center within three days (inclusive) of the check-in date.
15. For customers holding a National Travel Card, online orders will be immediately charged to the provided credit card account. Please ensure the charge date complies with government-mandated travel subsidy regulations before placing your order. The hotel will not be responsible for any subsequent inability to claim payment or any disputes.
16. This reservation system is for a limited time and with limited availability. The number of rooms, room rates, and room contents available online are subject to change based on daily occupancy. The actual room rate is subject to the price published online at the time of booking. By using this website's booking system, you agree to pay the total price of the room. The hotel reserves the right to change online booking prices.

18. In accordance with the "Standardized Contract" issued by the Tourism Bureau, our hotel collects 30% of the order amount as a deposit for online bookings. Cancellation fees will be charged according to legal regulations as follows: ★ Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted. ★ Cancellation within 1 day of arrival: 80% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted. ★ Cancellation 2-3 days before arrival: 70% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted. ★ Cancellation 4-6 days before arrival: 60% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted. ★ Cancellation 7-9 days before arrival: 50% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted. ★ Cancellation 10-13 days before arrival: 30% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted.
19. Cancellations or postponements will not be accepted during the Lunar New Year period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
